Every candidate that comes through your doors and moves out the other side, should have a good experience. Even if they don’t make the cut, they should leave thinking, “Wow! I wish I worked there.”
It starts with that first contact, and even if that is via Skype or another digital communication platform, it should be impactful.
Then this should be followed through to that first face to face interview, the communication afterwards, and right until the decision phase.
